FrostHeater
HeatWork`s FrostHeater is the most environmentally friendly and cost-efficient thawing and heating option on the market, with the lowest per m2 running costs and the lowest CO2 emissions in kg per m2. The HW 3600 and HW 1800 are available on trailers and in containers.

FrostHeater has few and easily accessible service points
Based on cutting-edge technological innovation, and components from only the best suppliers, HeatWork’s heating and thawing concept is patented and is a market leader.
GSM
A GSM control unit lets the machine work unattended and will send a warning if there is anything that needs attention.
CE marking
All our models have the CE marking and are designed for Europe.
Service
The machines have only a few, easily accessible service points. Our uniquely close links with the market, service personnel and 24 hour emergency helpline give our customers a major advantage.

HeatWork
HeatWork’s extensive areas of application and better heating and thawing methods than our competitors make you more profitable.
Year-round operations
Winter is no longer a time of waiting – you can produce at a steady speed all year round, and avoid layoffs and breaks in production.
Win your offers
With HeatWork in your machine park, you can guarantee your offer’s time schedules and quality assurance, and reduce the risk of compensation claims.
Lower running costs
Low fuel consumption and low running costs mean that the cost per thawed m² is extremely low. To thaw 200m2 in 48 hours, FrostHeater has a running cost per m2 of NOK 6.72, thawing with coal NOK 140 per m2 and hot air NOK 211 per m2 (costs with air heaters are calculated for thawing of 20m2 since a setup of 200m2 is not realistic)

The 3600 FrostHeater is supplied on trailers and containers
HeatWork has worked closely with the market and developed machines with different properties and capacities, adapted to your needs.
Varied use
The machine’s areas of application cover several stages of building and construction projects; from thawing frozen ground, protecting against frost and curing concrete, to heating buildings, halls etc.
Area
Regardless of the type of machine and additional equipment used, an area of 10 – 800m² can be thawed, and up to 1600m2 protected against frost.
The machine is supplied ready-mounted on a CE approved trailer for easy transport and use.

FrostHeater thaws 30-40 cm in 24 hours, regardless of ground conditions
HeatWork has developed and patented a 3 part hose drum.
Low heat loss
Our machines offer maximum heat transfer, with only 5% heat loss when used in conjunction with HW insulation mats and tarpaulins.
Thawing effect
A large pumping capacity and short limb circuits mean that the heat-transfer fluid circulates quickly and has a high return temperature. For example, you can quickly thaw an area of 200m², to a depth of 30-40 cm in 24 hours. We have documented the highest heating effectiveness in the industry at 91.55%
HW Winter-insulation
Our specially developed mats with their 3 layers of reflecting aluminium minimise heat loss and add efficiency in terms of time and money.

CO2 emissions calculated in kg per m2. Average diesel consumption FrostHeater is 3.5 l/h, hot air is 11 l/h while 20kg coal thaws 1 m2
HeatWork’s heating and thawing concept is the most environmentally friendly on the market, compared with other thawing methods.
Low C02 emissions
HeatWork is environmentally friendly with its thawing methods that emit 93% less CO2 than the hot air method, for example. CO2 emissions in kg per m2: HeatWork 2.23, Coal 60.8 and hot air 70.2.
Closed system
The heat-transfer liquid is environmentally-friendly and circulates in a closed system.
Direct heat
The hoses are laid directly on the ground, covered, and the heat is radiated into the ground with only a 5% heat loss, which again makes for low diesel consumption.
Indoor climate and working environment
By using radiator fans connected to HeatWork in order to heat buildings, the indoor climate and working environment are improved. The fans are noise-free, don’t give off smells or humidity, and distribute the heat evenly.
