Detta inneb\u00e4r bland annat strukturspacklade golv p\u00e5 v\u00e5ningsplanen.<\/strong><br \/>\nF\u00f6r att s\u00e4kra h\u00e4rdningsprocessen, ansl\u00f6ts HeatWork PERT-r\u00f6r till armeringarna och fylldes med HeatWork HTF-v\u00e4tska. Efter detta v\u00e4rmdes armeringar och befintliga betongh\u00e5ld\u00e4ck. Efter cirka ett dygn g\u00f6t man och med hj\u00e4lp av HeatWorkmaskinen cirkulerades 30-gradig v\u00e4tska i betongen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trots minusgrader s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lldes h\u00e4rdningsprocessen direkt.<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8220;Detta var ett n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt steg f\u00f6r att driva projektet fram\u00e5t&#8221;, s\u00e4ger n\u00f6jda projektledaren Lisa Granli fr\u00e5n Consto Eide AS.&#8221; Att gjuta betong utomhus under vintern \u00e4r med denna metod inte l\u00e4ngre en riskfylld verksamhet, och vi \u00e4r s\u00e4kra p\u00e5 att vi genom kontrollerad gjutning kan leverera h\u00f6gsta kvalitet&#8221;, till\u00e4gger hon.<\/p>\n<p>Nordby Maskin AS tillhandah\u00f6ll sin HeatWork HW 3600 f\u00f6r jobbet.<br \/>\n&#8220;Detta ger oss stora m\u00f6jligheter att anv\u00e4nda v\u00e5rt nyink\u00f6pta mobila v\u00e4rmesystem&#8221;, s\u00e4ger byggarbetsledare Per Egil Nystuen fr\u00e5n Nordby Maskin AS. Riggansvarige Simen Svevnerud tar ocks\u00e5 upp det faktum att hela systemet var redo att anv\u00e4ndas direkt.
